Do I need an Alarm Registration?: If you have an alarm system in the home, even if it is not being monitored you must have an alarm registration.

1. What are local emergency contacts?: If you have an emergency dial 911. If you observe suspicious activity or other non-emergency, call Dispatch at 210-342-2341. For a fire, call Dispatch at 210-342-2341.

2. How do I set up cable, phone and other services?: These services within our community are left to your discretion. Please contact the provider of your choice.

3. Do I need an Alarm Registration?: If you have an alarm system in the home, even if it is not being monitored you must have an alarm registration.

4. Do I need a Certificate of Occupancy?: Yes. We recommend a Certificate of Occupancy. There is no fee for this certificate. Come by City Hall and we will be glad to assist you with this.
