Building Permits
A citizen who is planning a Do It Yourself project will apply for a permit for their project at City Hall during business hours - 7:30am - 3:00pm M-F. Not all projects require a permit. See the Services Page - How to Obtain a Permit.

Building Permits
There is no fee to register with the City of Castle Hills. However, contractors must provide a copy of their current trade licenses, a copy of their driver license, and a Certificate of Insurance naming the City of Castle Hills as a Certificate Holder, General Liability for the Business.
